We loved the friendly staff and fantastic club lounge access. the big pools and close beach access were a hit with our kids, too! the room was spacious, and the balcony view was stunning. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful new facilities, stunning décor. Rooms were spacious with pleasing decorations. the balcony was the best, offering a relaxing space with beautiful views. Staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Donghee Kim from the front office. Great location and ample amenities nearby.

The staff at the front desk and everywhere else were super helpful. The twin room had an amazingly comfy bed and it even had a mini bar, a nice flat-screen TV with lots of channels, and AC. 😊

What a delight it was to wander through the hotel's contemporary design, with its inviting atmosphere and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from the balconies. I particularly appreciated the easily accessible control panel in the rooms, making it simple for us senior folks to adjust settings. the overall ambiance of the hotel made me feel like I was on a luxurious getaway, even though I was still technically on Guam.

I wish the children working there could extend the hours at the restaurant and top-floor bar for us seniors to savor more culinary delights and beverages at our leisure.

The hotel is located right by a fantastic beach bar and offers stunning views of the island and Tumon Bay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were elegant and had excellent wifi. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks provided.

I loved the diverse options for breakfast, including Japanese, Continental, and Western styles. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a balcony that had great views. The staff, especially Ms. Donghee Kim at the front desk, was helpful and polite. Additionally, the hotel room was clean, dry, and not too cold with impeccable facilities.
